The above statistics emphasize the importance of visuals in an e-learning course. In my earlier blog, I had shared a goto list of some popular free stock photo sites. In this blog, I will list down the 5 popular stock photo sites for e-learning  along with their unique features and usability :

Pic Jumbo https://picjumbo.com/ Requires no attribution This is a royalty-free site and has one of the most intuitive interfaces and you can easily search for the keywords. You can also use the photos for commercial purpose.
Free Images https://www.freeimages.com/ Requires attribution of content if used for editorial purpose Free Images has more than 60000 original stock photos for all for free and these are the high-quality resource of digital stock photographic images. The images in the collection are free to use on websites and printed materials.
Freepik https://www.freepik.com/ No attribution required for premium membership but attribution required for free membership Freepik collects images and graphics from across the web and saves your time from searching multiple sites. New items are added daily. You can mark them as favorites and promotions are available.
