Role in brief:
The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver e-learning solutions as per the defined quality standards and time lines.
Experience required: 5 to 10 years (minimum two years in e-learning)
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Planning and scheduling projects to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
2.Allocating work to the team and to ensure that they are functioning at their optimal capacity.
3.Review Instructional Design documents and ensure they are thorough for development in all aspects.
4.To ensure all deadlines are matched and all projects are delivered to clients as per the specifications.
Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for designing e-learning modules and game based learning modules for various Corporate Trainings, Corporate Processes & Employee Induction programs as per the content provided by the SMEs (Subject matter experts).
Experience required: 3-5 years of prior experience of Instructional Design, Content Design.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1.Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify the participants’ learning needs
2.Research, analyze, design, develop and customize instructional materials for various training and e-learning interventions
3.Create storyboards for different delivery mediums like WBT (Web Based Training) CBT (Computer Based training)/ILT (Instructor Led Training), Blended, etc.) as well as Game Based Learning
4.Design assessment tools (tests, quizzes, games and other tools) for various e-learning modules
5.Visualize Content and coordinate with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.
Role in brief:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing the complete Digital Marketing strategy for XLPro to maximize brand identity and inquiry generation.
Experience required: 1-2 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan and execute various digital campaigns to maximize reach and recall.
2.Maximize “Content Marketing” and intellectual presence in various online forums.
3.Maximize SMM and ensure consistent increase in followers on LI, YouTube.
4.Ensure First page ranking for specific defined keywords using SEO (by coordinating with the SEO agency).
5.Identify various innovative digital campaigns to promote specific offerings of XLPro and initiate them.
Role in brief:
The incumbent is responsible for generating business for the Online Corporate E-Learning solutions of XLPro.
Experience required: 1-3 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
1.To generate new business from corporate organizations in the designated regions.
2.To thoroughly map the target segments and connect with key people to generate opportunities to sell our Corporate E-Learning development services.
3.To achieve the defined business targets within the stipulated timeframes.
4.Constantly sign up new accounts and increase business from the existing accounts in the designated region.
Role in brief:
The incumbent will be responsible to lead a team of graphic designers and visualizers to create various screens and graphic objects for e-learning modules.
Experience required: 3 to 5 years
Primary Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1.Planning and allocating work to the team.
2.Guiding team members to create various graphic elements as per inputs received.
3.Identify best practices and implement them to enhance efficiency of the team.
4.Identify and get work done from vendors and freelancers for specific project requirements like creating backgrounds and characters etc.
5.To personally get involved and design intricate and innovative projects as and when required.

Role in brief:
The incumbent will be responsible for designing e-learning modules for various International Corporate E-Learning programs as per the content provided by the SMEs (Subject matter experts).
Experience required: Graduate with 1 to 3 years experience in using articulate storyline or any rapid authoring tool.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Design the modules from the content and inputs provided by the clients.
2.Work on Articulate Storyline 2 to create specific courses.
3.Check to see the functionality and interactivity is proper.
4.Visualize Content and coordinate with Graphic Designers for development of Graphics, Animations etc.
Role in brief:
Performing content analysis and quality checks for all the communication of the organization primarily E-learning modules, blogs, website, PPTs, emails and other digital marketing content.
Experience required: Freshers.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Ensuring the content quality in terms of English language, grammar, vocabulary, capitalization etc. is proper for all the e-learning modules and other digital content of the organization.
2.Browser and functionality check on all the modules.
Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for designing e-learning modules and game based learning modules for various Corporate Trainings, Corporate Processes & Employee Induction programs as per the content provided by the SMEs (Subject matter experts).
Experience required: Fresher (having completed ID course) to one year.
