The incumbent will be responsible for designing e-learning modules and game based learning modules for various Corporate Trainings, Corporate Processes & Employee Induction programs as per the content provided by the SMEs (Subject matter experts).
Experience required: 3-5 years of prior experience of Instructional Design, Content Design.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1.Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify the participants’ learning needs
2.Research, analyze, design, develop and customize instructional materials for various training and e-learning interventions
3.Create storyboards for different delivery mediums like WBT (Web Based Training) CBT (Computer Based training)/ILT (Instructor Led Training), Blended, etc.) as well as Game Based Learning
4.Design assessment tools (tests, quizzes, games and other tools) for various e-learning modules
5.Visualize Content and coordinate with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.
